I have to give a huge shoutout to this florist for going above and beyond to make things right when they accidentally mixed up the delivery date for our anniversary. Not only did they apologize, but they also delivered another beautiful bouquet free of charge on the correct date. My wife was absolutely thrilled and couldn't stop talking about how gorgeous the flowers were. To top it off, her coworkers were so jealous that she received flowers two weeks in a row. Overall, I am extremely impressed with the exceptional customer service and high-quality arrangements provided by this florist. I will definitely be returning for future occasions.
